This is not a strange idea since often judges will order the taping of defendents mouths if they are becoming disruptive with shouting or constant interrupting. Sure Saddam Hussain should get a fair trial, however his antics have come to the point where enough is enough. It is time for the judges to shut him up so that we can hear the evidence against him and his Bathist Conspirators.
