In response to the Boxing Day Shooting in Toronto, I created culture-jammed 50 Cent's nihilist movie billboard into something constructive. Cultural minorities, for thousands of years, have found success in the trades. With a North American shortage of tradesmen, and unemployment at a 30 year low, young men who are dedicated to excellence can find success and even wealth as tradesmen.
